I drew this as I sat in airports all day a few years ago. I just did it. Can you tell I only had red pens available :)? I had no idea what I was drawing. Just going with the flow. Back in 2006 and 2007 I lost a lot of weight with the help of a fantastic Physical Trainer I called "The Benevolent Tyrant" Chris. Unfortunately I have gained that weight back but have recently started to work toward living healthier. Anyway, I gave the above drawing to Chris as a thank you gift after our time together came to an end.
